    Everything about this property is done well. The apartment was extremely clean, well taken care of, and had everything you could possibly need. And everything is labelled to make it easy to find what you need. The host was in contact just the right he amount of times.

    Property location was perfect for being able to walk just about anywhere in downtown Indianapolis. We also had a perfect overlook of the start of the parade for the Indy 500. Tim was an extremely responsive owner, answering to a few needs we had while there. Most notably, helping us get checked in a little early. Some of the linens in the apartment could use an update. The building itself had a bit of a stench to it but it was too noticeable inside the apartment. Overall, a solid experience for our Indy 500 trip.
