Note: this is a private studio inside a small building; the rooftop and stairways are shared common areas.



Guest Access:

We use self check-in. We send you a personal access code so you can enter the studio at your convenience within the established hours, avoiding any wait, as we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message throughout your stay for anything you may need.



The Neighborhood:

Set in a quiet area of Isla Mujeres just steps from the sea, this neighborhood blends Caribbean calm with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beaches. It is ideal for walking, biking, or simply relaxing and soaking up the island vibe, with warm local hospitality all around.



Please note the area is still developing, so you may occasionally notice some construction noise or brief power/internet interruptions. We appreciate your understanding as the island continues to grow.



Getting Around:

Isla Mujeres is reached by a quick passenger ferry from Cancun (Gran Puerto / Puerto Juarez), about a 20-minute crossing; from the dock the studio is a short golf-cart or taxi ride away.



The best way to explore is to rent a golf cart and cruise the scenic coastal roads with panoramic sea views. Discover the lively town center with its charming Zocalo and church, and enjoy the many restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, and boutiques that let you experience the island like a local.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying at the property, along with a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.



You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and small wildlife during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them; we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To help avoid this, do not leave food uncovered outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. Additional cleaning or amenity refills during your stay are available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C, as this can affect its operation.
