The ground floor is a completely separate 2-bedroom apartment, each bedroom with its en suite bathroom. 1 king and 1 queen bed.

The main house is on 2nd and 3rd floors.
1st floor with 3 bedrooms (3 queens), full kitchen, and a washer/dryer.
2nd floor with 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 king), full kitchen, and a washer/dryer.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

NOT pet friendly. If bring a service dog, please know the rules you need to follow.

This is our personal home. While our personal items will be locked away, there are some personal items throughout the house and locked closets unavailable for guest use.

Main house and ground floor apartment have separate access via keyless entry system.

*It's an additional $100 to heat the pool. The spa is not operational. Check with the host in advance for payment and preparation at least 24 hours before check-in!

*No smoking or parties are allowed.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the house. There is also public parking in front of the house and across the street.

This unit is currently listed for sale by the owner, which could potentially impact your stay. Nomad is committed to ensuring any impact to your trip as a result of a sale will be handled with the utmost care. Should there be any changes, we will communicate them to you as soon as we are able to share updates.
