This condo sits on a 9th floor and provides our guests with spectacular ocean & mountain views facing the Jaco's Town Center.
Our convenient location provides a relaxed and private ambiance but still allows our guests to easily visit the beach located 1 block away from our Airbnb, or simply stroll through main street in search of a wide variety of restaurants & boutique shops.
Enjoy full access to facilities of the resort such as a pool, jacuzzi, beach volleyball court, and kids playground.

The unit features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Two additional rooms, the 1st with 2 single bunk beds and a 2nd with 1 full bed and an independent and spacious bathroom for both. Both bedrooms have ocean and mountain views.

Our condo includes a spacious living/dining room areas, generous bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen including utensils, stove-top-burners, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and dishwasher, cable television, iron and ironing board, washer & dryer, and a spacious balcony with amazing views to Jaco’s Town Center.

Great condo in Jaco

This is a great condo to stay at in Jaco beach. Location is excellent just a few minutes walk to the beach and main strip. The condo is clean and spacious. There is a beautiful pool. Management team is responsive and very helpful.

Clean, spacious, comfortable. Wished we stayed longer as we thoroughly enjoyed our first Vrbo experience. Placed was nicely decorated and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Convenient to Jaco Beach area to catch sunset dinner. Highly recommend this property.

Outstanding... in all aspects

I travel frequently and most of the time in south and central america. My stay here was outstanding in all aspects. The JACO HOMES team: the communication was clear and quick from the onset. A lot of companies say they "care" about their clients experiences, but few back up it like JACO HOMES. Even less are willing to put their money where their mouth is. But JH did. I made a mistake of accidently booking the wrong checkout day (by 4 days). I didn't realize until the day of our arrival (b/c i was traveling etc). VRBO has a non-refund policy so there was a real chance I was going to be out the $700+ dollars. JH went above and beyond by refunding the most they could without costing them money. (ie- what they received net of VRBO fees). That's unheard of! VERY FEW OWNERS would do that for a possible 1-time guest. But they did. That kind of customer-first attitude and integrity is hard to find -- especially in latin american countries. Kudos to them. The condo: The apartment is furnished with high quality everything (even the white towels). Huge comfortable, clean couch, deck with a view of the pool, flat screen tv, it even had a blender to make morning smoothies. The property: The complex is secure, yet reasonable. If you want to have guests visit, there are a few rules but nothing unreasonable. The pool area looks like a resort. Nothing like coming home after a surf session and relaxing in the pool/hotub. Absolutely perfect for a family. The location: It's a short walk the beach and a supermarket. It's also right off the main strip. I liked it because you could get away from the commotion, yet, was just a hop, skip and jump if you wanted to get into the action. We're already planning another surf trip and definitely will pay it forward and stay at one of their properties.
