Good location but not relaxing

Was a really nice spot with good views and The next-door owners were nice and eager to chat etc when we were outside a few times, But the weather was hot and the AC didn’t work. Apparently, this is something they were aware of, but we were not. Having a 90+° house and not being able to air it out even at night because of the forest fire smoke made the stay pretty unbearable. We spent most of the time away and when we were at the house during the day, we had all of the curtains close so we couldn’t see the view. We would likely not return here even if the AC was fixed.

Annual girls trip

We stayed at this property for the weekend for our annual girls trip. Unfortunately, we did come across quite a few issues with the property during our stay. It is listed that there is AC, however the AC did not work during our entire time there. The first night we were there, the HVAC system said it was set to 70, but the inside temperature was 80. I contacted the property manager and they were very responsive and brought us fans the next day which did help slightly. Although being 8 months pregnant, it was very uncomfortable. Also, one of the pull out beds was broken and so had to be very careful with getting on the bed or it would sink in and you could easily fall off. The room with bunk beds has no curtains or any sort of blinds making it impossible to sleep in and any time anyone would use the restroom the light would shine in. The first night we weren’t able to get the back screen door to lock. The maintenance guy that brought us the fans finally was able to get it to lock & said people have had issues with it in the past.. The dishwasher is outdated & did not clean the dishes very well. The location was great and we loved the view & close proximity to the beach. The property manager was also very responsive to our questions and concerns which was much appreciated. Overall, we would not stay at this property again as there are quite a few upgrades needed and we felt the description listed was not an accurate representation of the current condition of the property.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view of the lake. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Plenty to do in the area, nice walking areas and shopping. Very comfortable beds but I highly recommend eye masks as there are no curtains in the rooms. Great check in process and communication.

Wedding weekend

Very spacious open space with plenty of room for our group if six. Enjoyed the kitchen and rooms. Easy access to park and outdoor spaces Would be great if at least some coffee provided. Also the middle room could use curtains on window as morning sun cones in about 7:00 am. Check in and out very easy and the gist super responsive

Great view but the AC went out.

The first two nights were okay (the view really is stunning) but on the third day, the AC went out. I called Vacasa and they sent someone to fix it an hour later. It was then supposedly fixed, but then no cold air blowing out of the vents. So it was a hot night and a hot morning then we left. Some of the window shades are missing, we missed one in our room the most as the sunlight woke us up bright and early every morning. The kitchen was well stocked, only missing scissors and a peeler. The beds were a little soft for us. It was very clean. Overall, it would have been a much better stay if the AC had not gone out.

End of summer

The view from the house is fantastic. The location is wonderful and easy access to the beach and town. With young children, this is a great place for what we need. The house can use some update though, the dial on the stove is worn out so it’s hard to see what’s high and low on the dial. The dish washer doesn’t seem to wash too well. There are also few broken toys and tools laying around in the yard and house from other visitors that probably should be thrown away. They are a little dangerous for the young kids. There is a section of the sprinkler that’s broken, we tried to help to fix it and the neighbors kindly offer some parts to help fix the broken connection. The light bulb in one of the bathroom needs to be replaced since it flickers. The mattresses are quite soft and probably should be replaced. Overall we like the house because the convenience of it. But some of these update would be nice for the price of the rental.

Beautiful home and views

Master bathroom needed more cleaning and there was issues with dishwasher and air conditioning. Technician came out after several calls and ac was restored but house needs some maintenance. The layout was perfect and the views were just wonderful nice park beach area also.

Very nice as promised butttt.

Just need to make sure the house is better stocked trash bags etc, And don't stay during the week construction going on both sides of the house one guy started at 5 am and the other side guy in back hoe didn't know how to run it in anything but reverse beep beep beep Besides that the house met all of mine and my family's expectations The neighbor was awesome have my granddaughter tons of blue berries. I would definitely stay here again .

Beautiful house

This was a great place for my bachelorette weekend. Close to the water and beautiful house and neighborhood! Only downside is communication with the host was very poor. They had great instructions for check in and check out but would not respond to messages which was unfortunate. Luckily nothing was emergent that I needed a response, but the host should be available should something come up.

Fantastic!

What and experience! We had a wonderful stay at this listing. It was clean, spacious, and what a view. There is a small well manicured park across the street which was surprising private. We will be back again next year for sure.
