Villa Ieranto 6, is situated near the beautiful beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, a quaint ancient fishing village that today is an exclusive tourist destination.
This luxury property spreads over two levels and it boasts fantastic sea views and panoramic terraces, and private access to the sea.
The main building measures about 200 m2, it is reachable also by a private funicular, it has air conditioning, heating and free WI­FI connection.
You will access the rooms from the parking area and from the entrance gate with a private lift or through an external stone staircase of about 30 steps. All rooms are tastefully furnished and enjoy breathtaking views of Marina del Cantone and "Li Galli" Islands.
Outside, the villa boasts wide areas where to relax and a beautiful infinity pool with whirlpool, set on a terrace between two maritime pines, and from here you will enjoy fantastic views over the sea, Marina del Cantone and “Li Galli” islets. The swimming pool is 9 meters long, 3.90 meters large and between 1.20 to 1.70 meters deep.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and there is also an external shower (with hot water).
The terrace at the ground floor is about 140 square meters.
The bedrooms are six, the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a double bed and a single bed (with extra pull­out bed), a Sat TV, a safe, a cot, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is provided with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a mirror, a hairdryer and a dedicated courtesy set. From the bedroom you can access the beautiful terrace with sea view. You can reach the bedroom both from the hallway and from the terrace.
The second bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, features a double bed and a single bed, a satellite television, a safe, a minibar, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, shower, a mirror, hairdryer and a courtesy set as well. This bedroom has also access to a large balcony with a stunning view over the sea and the "Li Galli" islets. You reach the bedroom from the hallway.
The third bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, has a double bed, a balcony with sea view, satellite television, safe, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is provided with a washbasin, toilet, shower, a mirror, hairdryer and courtesy set. This room also is accessed from the hallway.
Two cots and two high chairs for children are available on request.
The ground floor is reachable by the lift or by an external stone staircase. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace that surrounds the villa and is embellished with flower beds and features seating area, dining area, brick barbecue and pizza oven.
The living room consists of a spacious and bright panoramic lounge with seating area equipped with open furniture, satellite TV and is furnished with three elegant sofas and a dining area with a large table. The living room, gives directly onto the panoramic terrace­ patio facing the pool, and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and telephone.
The fully­equipped kitchen has a five­burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven,
fridge with freezer, a wine cellar, an ice maker, dishwasher, an Italian­style coffee­maker, an American coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and other useful appliances, air conditioning, heating and telephone. From the kitchen you can access the terrace which features a built­in barbecue and a wood­burning oven for pizzas. You will reach the kitchen from both the living room and the terrace.
The fourth bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is spacious and super­panoramic, with a double bed, a satellite television, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, a magnifying mirror, a hairdryer and a dedicated courtesy set.
From the bedroom you will be able to enter the beautiful terrace with sea view. You will reach the bedroom both from the corridor and from the terrace.
The guests’ bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You reach the bathroom from the hallway.
There is also a laundry with washing machine, iron and board. You reach the laundry room from the hallway.
The service room is equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table with attached bathroom with shower and toilet. You will reach the service room through the laundry room.
Villa Ieranto 6 will is supplied with linen and beach towels of high quality; boat, chef, pizza maker and other services are available on request.
In the property there is also a guesthouse with 2 further bedrooms (both with en suite bathroom) and it can accommodate 14 people in total.
There is no need of a car to stay at Villa Ieranto 6, but if you have one it is possible to park it in the private parking area inside the gate (free of charge).

Rental rules
A 40% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
A cash refundable deposit of 2.000 Euros is required upon arrival and it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.
Check-In time is from 15:30 to 17:30; Check-Out time is by 9:30 am
The rates include:
House cleaning every day (5 hours a day), use of swimming pool and garden maintenance (except on Sundays);
Daily change of bath towels, change of pool towels and bed linens twice a week;
Final cleaning;
Continental breakfast with self-catering service (fresh bread, fresh croissants, biscuits, pastries, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, butter, orange juice, jam, honey, coffee).
Extra costs:
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards).
Note: The pool can be heated at extra cost.
