Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron, and a washing machine.
