Solid place, safe and great area and very friendly staff on site / front desk, and responsive property manager. Didn’t realize the apartment didn’t have central heating/cooling, which isn’t quite needed in CDMX in December, but there was no way to heat up the place at night. The gym and spa onsite were well maintained and nice, however gym is smaller than you expect and the hot tub and sauna only got to moderate heated temps. Lastly, the main door code never worked. Which made me uneasy since we were coming back late at night. However, the friendly front desk staff was there 24/7 to open the door when each time since the code didn’t work (ever). I felt really bad for them having to be available so late but they were very kind and understanding. Nothing terrible, since there’s so much to explore on CDMX but we picked this place for the amenities too and just didn’t use them as much for those reasons. No major complaints, just sharing things that manage expectations of future guests.
