Great location but the whole property needs some TLC. I have stayed there for years and it needs maintenance/upgrading badly! Vacasa is not very flexible either with early check in, etc.

Great location, comfortable for family

We visited Gruene for a family wedding. The location of this villa was perfect as we were able to walk to most of the planned events as well as walk to shops, restaurants, bars etc. This a 3 bedroom unit, good layout. The outside of the villas could use some updating as it looks pretty worn out but the unit itself was updated nice stylish and comfortable decor. We would definitely stay here again. .

The location of this Vacasa is great to walk to all the sites of Gruene. The pool was a wonderful spot to meet other vacationers and have fun. The views are incredible. The Vacasa customer service is outstanding.
