Lovely Condo, Noisy Location
The condo was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and convenient to entertainment and other amenities. The kitchen was mostly equipped but had no skillet, which made it difficult to make breakfast in particular.
The area was pretty noisy at all hours of the night, so I would suggest ear plugs or a white noise machine if you want to sleep well. There were loud cars, people on the street, and sirens every night. The police station is on the next block, which explains some of it. But better windows might cut down on the noise.
We felt safe in the building and it was an easy walk to most venues. The streetcar and RTA buses are close as well.
If it weren't for the noisy nights, I would give this location, The California Building, 5 stars.
