Huge house to remember

We stayed with our co-workers at this place as we were attending a conference nearby in Orlando. We were all amazed with house well the house was decorated and many appreciated the amenities and the recreational items... arcade.. pool.. spa.. bbq. We will definitely book here again next year when we come for a vacation with our extended family

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE

THE HOME WAS VERY CLEAN THE LINEN AND TOWEL WERE CLEAN. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE IT 5 STARS, THE BACK YARD IS OPEN TO EVERYONE THAT PASSES BY. NO PRIVACY AT ALL.

Beautiful Home Needs Some TLC

Enter with alot of care. And caution.

Absolutely a nightmare. House needs alot of basic repairs. I have sent all the pictures of broken things. Within the first 20 minutes of being here. Get through the first night. My mother wakes up covered in bug bites to which we learned the room she's in is infested with bed bugs. From very small to very large. Called got pest control put to verify. They bagged everything in the room. With no return. Never seen anyone else that day. Or the days following. Losing 2 beds and a room in this entire stay. Ive asked for now 4 days on getting some of my money back as 4 of my guest had to leave because of not having a bed. And my mother needed to have 2 of the bedbug bites evaluated. Again 4 days of absolutely no communication. Repeatedly asking for updates and assistance. Promised a refund. And being taken care of. And have recieved everything short of that. You pay this kind of money to enjoy a vacation. It shouldn't be a stressful situation!

20+ People for AAU VB - Perfect Place

Nice large house

Check in to the guard shack is quite a process. We sat in line for over an hour just to get a yellow slip that we had to keep in our vehicle for the week. Parking once you’re in is also a nightmare, I recommend trying to make 2 cars work. As for the house the hot water tank cannot withstand the house that size. had 16 people

Universal Vacay

The property was perfect for our family and friends. There was plenty of space. Many rooms and bathrooms so we were very comfortable. One challenge was there is only one way in and one way out of the resort. We did not have any issues until Friday. This is apparently a HEAVY check in day and we had a long wait to get back into the property. Even with a lane designated for current renters to enter, the traffic on the main road was backed up so much you could not go around the line to enter on the two lane road. Make sure, as the resort posts, you request to heat the pool ahead of time. There is not an option if you wait until you get there. Other than that, we enjoyed the property very much.

Family vaca

Property was very nice and as described. Check-in process was a bit more complicated than expected, make sure you have everyone that will be staying in the list at the entrance, and it can get congested with traffic on check in days. Home was spacious and we had plenty of room for all 18 of us, the game room was is a great idea, although some electronic games didn’t work. Communication with property was needed and our minor issue was resolved. Thank you!

You know places like this are rarely as good as they look in the pictures. Well this place was definitely an exception. It was even better! Out family had an amazing time in this thoughtfully decorated and well stocked vacation home. The amenities of the house and the community are awesome. Highly recommend!

Clean! And FUN!

This home was very clean despite a small ant issue out in the pool area that they were clearly attempting to treat. Inside, it has so many fun games to play for families of all ages!! We especially loved the themed room decor- each with such thoughtful touches! It’s also so nice to have the comforts of so many individual bathrooms that no one has to wait their turn to shower or get ready! Plenty of dishes, cookware, and silverware for use and enough room for everyone to sit down for meals together! Our only regret is not getting to stay longer.

Awesome experience for my family reunion

We had an amazing stay at this rental house near Disney World! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was tastefully decorated with a charming Disney theme, which really added to the excitement of our trip. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable for guests. One of the highlights was definitely the private pool. It provided a refreshing oasis after long days of exploring the parks, and the kids absolutely loved having their own pool time. The pool area was well-maintained with comfortable loungers and a screened enclosure that kept bugs out while letting the sunshine in. Inside, the bedrooms were cozy and provided ample space for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted a break from dining out. The living room was a great gathering spot in the evenings, with plenty of seating and a large TV for relaxing after busy days.
