🌺Windsor Escape take 2

This is our second time returning to this beautiful home! We love West Haven. The Abbey is a quiet neighborhood, sidewalk’s so you can take a short walk around the culdesac, the house has no rear neighbors, side neighbors aren’t too close. The outside bathroom & pool shower are a must with kids!! The upgraded pool sectional seating area is so comfortable! House has everything you need to rest & relax & unwind… We can’t wait to go back in 2026..😊

Fabulous quiet location, great home, fabulous outdoor seating and comfortable beds

Loved the location- it’s a peaceful neighbourhood where you can hear birds/crickets etc and not feel overlooked. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, the large lanai is great for hot days. Very comfortable and would highly recommend

LOVED IT!

We absolutely loved this property. It was true to its listing, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was very clean. The lanai was beautiful and the outside furniture was very plentiful. We plan to rent this property again in the future. We had a wonderful week.

Picture Perfect

This house is located in the perfect location away from all everyday hustle and bustle of life. The community was very quiet which was a bonus for us since we traveled from busy Atlanta Ga. We enjoyed every inch of this home which has a beautiful layout. My husband definitely loved the outdoor restroom located near the pool. We will definitely visit this home again.

🌸Windsor Escape🌸

As a family we’ve stated in West Haven 10+ times! This place is the best! It’s is just fabulous.. clean, has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Beds are comfortable and clean.. appliances are fully functional and state of the art! Pool is gorgeous and the seating is comfortable and not just that typical uncomfortable plastic patio furniture! It has minimal neighbors and the placement in the roundabout it perfect! We hope as a family we get to continue to go back each summer to enjoy the Windsor escape!

Disappointed

Although the home was like the pictures the cleanliness of the home just fair. The dishwasher was clogged with old food, the main bathroom had dirt and hair in the tub, the pool was dirty and the pool cleaner showed up 3 days into the stay unexpected. The carpets had stains on them in a couple of the bedrooms, one of the blinds in the upstairs room was broken, the air conditioner only worked half the time. There was also no cooking sheets to use in the stove and we paid for heat in the pool for seven days and it stopped the day before we left.

Nice house, but terribly poor management and owner.

Check in was complicated and poor communication. Upon getting in the house the AC was set on 76 and was locked by owner so it could not be turned down. Upon complaining, he unlocked it but set it to where it would go back to 78 every 8 hours. So we would come back and it would be miserably hot. We paid 181 to have the pool heated for 5 days, it was only heated 1 day and upon complaining they refused to give us a refund. Plus the pool area was very dirty with cobwebs and a very dirty pool. The smoke alarms went off for 2 days and no one would come and deal with them, the told me to just try and reach them and take them off, which I did not. I’m guessing the battery just eventually died. Overall for the price I paid it was pretty unacceptable and miserable. I would not recommend.
