"Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food. "
"Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car.
The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."
"For my budget the place was amazing! The room had no view but I say it has city views and a patio because the rooftop is accessible with chairs, table, sofa, sun loungers, shower, kitchen and bathroom (yes, all on the rooftop)
There were two bathrooms next to my bedroom, each section of the house has three rooms with a kitchen, so although the facilities are shared, this was no bother.
The place was spotless. The communal areas were thoroughly cleaned daily. The communication was minimal but...
"Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Only downside was that the drinks fridge wasn’t refilled at any point and the other restaurants weren’t included on the all inclusive package. "
"Everything was so, SO perfect!! My husband and I did not want to leave! Breakfast was delicious, staff was incredibly friendly (our favorite was Hector!!) and the entire place smells incredible. We already can’t wait to come back! "

"Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception.
Hotel itself had plenty to do. The room was incredible, plenty of space, great bed and slept well. Would stay again "

The place was spacious and clean, the pool was great and the ambiance relaxing.
The check in process was long though and only one staff member one the sink a little blocked. But overall a comfortable 4* experience for the stay."

"Quite honestly, an all-inclusive hotel is best for families and old people. My wife and I loved this hotel but it was a little more than what we needed or wanted. If you have a family this is great.
Hotel staff was really great, I hope theyre being paid and treated well.
