Casa Margherita, is an old house that has been finely renovated and equipped with every modern comfort. An excellent solution for a family or couple who love the atmosphere of a beautiful old village and want to be able to reach the centre or the beaches of Salò in just a few minutes. The house is equipped with a large Jacuzzi, a gym, a small wine cellar with wines and excellent local cold cuts, and bicycles.
The jacuzzi is available by request.
You have ONE parking space in the property's courtyard, but the passage is only accessible to small cars. In the area below you will find free parking spaces, i.e., not for a fee.
There are bicycles at your disposal: 1 men's city bike, 3 women's and 1 mountain bike.
Dear guest, As a first rule, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you complete the web check-in (ALL GUESTS' details are required) before your arrival; you will receive the link 10 days in advance. This way we will not have to disturb you during your holiday. The security deposit and cleaning fees are handled directly with us. You will receive a payment request at check-in for the STAYING FEE (1€ per night per person 14 years and older) and eventually the pet fee. The surcharge for the use of the JACUZZI is €200/week. If you are interested in using the APERITIVE ROOM let us know and you will be informed about the costs and rules. PETS: Pet surcharge: €75. Only well-behaved dogs and cats are accepted but are not allowed on the furniture and may not be left alone or unattended either inside or outside the villa. Any evidence of pets on the furniture may incur additional charges (€100). Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all their pet waste. Guests must prevent their pets from making excessive noise at a level that could disturb neighbours. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas. Thank you. Baby bed and high chair are provided free of charge on request made IN ADVANCE. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. RECYCLING OF WASTE: During your stay you must comply with the municipal regulations on waste separation by correctly separating your waste and disposing of it according to the instructions given to you. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in a €100 deduction from your deposit. Thank you for your cooperation. CHECK-IN LATE: In case of problems with the check-in (arrival after 8.00 p.m.), it is compulsory to inform us by phone before 4.00 p.m. of the day of arrival. In case we are not informed we will charge a penalty of €50 if the arrival is after 20:00. In any case for check-in after midnight we will charge a penalty of €100.
