Unit 24 Lot 114. This cozy ocean front home features panoramic North Coast blue water views about 100 yards from the ocean bluff. Take a five-minute walk to Shell Beach or continue along the Bluff Trail to experience the unique Sea Ranch scenic views. This one bedroom, 1.5 bath well equipped home has a deck with hot tub to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. This home allows 1 dog, there is an enclosed area for them onsite. Bed linens and towels are provided with this rental.


SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 2 for this home.

It was a lovely house. We are so appreciative of your dog friendly vibe. Sadie really loved it - she spent hours 'lounging' in the back yard area after her exhausting long walks, experiencing all the sounds and smells of the ocean, deer, goats and more. I loved hanging around the house doing not much except my crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles plus a few long walks and one great swim. Thank you!
