“House set up and amenities were great. Instructions for check-in and use of electronics. Hot tub and better than expected view were fantastic. Proximity to both Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg made this an even better stay than we thought it would be. Recommend to all but especially for families with kids.”

“This has been an extremely pleasurable stay at this facility. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone does all they can to make your stay comfortable. Rondel the front desk manager is amazing. He not only does the front desk, he does the laundry and helps with cleaning the rooms. He goes out of his way to ensure that he and his staff go the extra mile for every guest. My next trip to Sevierville, this is where I will stay”
