NOT what we paid for!!!

The cabin was beautiful as the pictures showed. It had an indoor pool and a hot tub. I rented it for my family to enjoy for the weekend. During the day we enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. At night we couldn't enjoy the pool, game room, or the hot tub due to the downstairs having no power,(which was to be the highlight of the trip!!!) I called the emergency line with NO RESPONCE!!! I asked the management for a partial refund and my 2 day total cost was over 1400 dollars and they gave me an unreasonable 250 dollars off!!! I could've rented a nicer cabin for less without the disappointment on my children's faces!!! I understand things happen in businesses like this but right is right and wrong is wrong!!! If they would have given 350 which i thought was fair and made it right, This review WOULD NOT BE NECCESSARY!!! They made DAD look like a DUD to his kids after raving about this place on the way down!!! I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Thank you Eric Vaughn
