Surpassed our expectations

The house is beautiful and very clean but the backyard is what was our favourite, so much room for the kids to play, we played cornhole and mini golf and the pool is the perfect size! Lots of chairs and room for everyone, we didn’t have to leave the property if we didn’t want to! Will definitely be staying here again!

Family Stay

The house was clean and we loved the pool area. It was big enough to accommodate everyone and the house itself was spacious! It wasn't too far from the beaches, which was perfect. It was a great stay.

Great vacation

Perfect place.

House and yard were neat and clean. Pool was great used almost every day. Location was great, close to beaches and great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing

Very spacious and clean. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house is located very close to all facilities and a short drive to the beach. We had a great time and would recommend the house.

Amazing Property

The house was beautiful! The kids really enjoyed the pool, and it was only a 5-minute drive to the beach!! We definitely plan to come back.

This house was clean, and wonderful! Its close yo stores and the beach! But also fantastic to just sit back at the the pool on the property! I will definitely stay here again!!!

Resort Style Backyard

Our stay here was much better than expected. We were excited to come to town and be so close to the beach and we were shocked at how beautiful the property was. The pool was a hit with the kids and the house was more than enough room for the 9 of us. We enjoyed having the grill and full kitchen and the house was close to all dining options, the beach and grocery stores.

Home away from home

This rental property was perfect for our after Christmas getaway with friends and family! There were eight in our group, and we had plenty of room in this house to play games, hang out, and eat and sleep comfortably. Even in December, the kids were able to swim in the backyard arrangement, including the fire pit, was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Backyard!

Perfect for a family of 7. Backyard was great! Loved all the seating and shade options. Great for grilling and hanging out. This property is however located next to a very busy street and high school so a lot of loud traffic ( if you are not used to that). Lots of TVs! No extra bed linens or blankets- which would have been nice to have. Also we traveled with 2 under 2- the pack and play was great to have - a highchair would have been nice to have at the house. The beds are FIRM. We would stay here again!

Home away form home

We stayed with a family of 10 and had plenty of space for everyone. The place was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the outdoor space so much, the pool was beautiful with tons of outdoor seating. We used the screened in porch for every meal. Thanks again!

Indian shore vaca

All you could ask for, clean oasis. Big enough for our family, enjoyed hanging out around the pool did get pretty hot on the pool deck. Would have liked the house a little cooler, fans helped. Beach was close but finding parking was terrible a couple days.

Great Stay

We enjoyed this property for our long weekend at Phillies Spring training. The property was as listed, clean, well equipped and great communication from the property manager. The beds were comfortable. Pool was lovely. The grounds were well maintained. 3 mins to the local grocery store and 5 mins drive to the beach. Close enough to visit Clearwater but not needing to stay in the busy area. We will be back! Thank you.

A little oasis.

We loved the house and backyard itself. It was absolutely perfect as far as the layout of the house and the size of the pool for a family of five (three young children). Our only complaint was the location. Close to ocean and great restaurants but house itself is on a very busy road and next to a very large high school which was busy all day long. The owners have done a nice job with landscaping and a private wall which helps, but wish the location was a little less busy.

Family Time in FL

The house was nearly perfect for our family trip to FL. Nice space, updated décor, close to beaches, backyard and grill were wonderful to have. Kitchen is small for lots of people, but is portrayed accurately in pictures and is functional. Pool was serviced during our stay so we had to stay out for two hours; not a deal breaker but didn't realize that would happen. Two umbrellas for the beach were listed, but house only had one; another would have been good for the number of people we had. A beach wagon would also be great for transporting chairs etc. We had an issue with the lights flickering; property management was responsive and sent out an electrician. Would recommend this property and would stay here again, especially for the price point.

Great house

We were very happy with the house and pool! However, our ratings on the location were low only bc we were listening to marching band practice almost every night until 10pm from the High school across the street. And we only rated the communication with property manager at 4 bc we could not reach them outside of business hours unless it was an emergency, which it was not. (We just had questions about staying an extra day.) The house was clean also, but we rated at 4 only bc the fridge had a nasty smell to it, like rotten fish or shrimp. We were assuming due to previous guests? We had adult family staying in the house for a family memorial in the area but it was nice to have our local family over for cookout and to enjoy the pool with us a few times. It overall is a very nice home
