“I would highly recommend this rental to friends and family. The home is so nicely decorated the kitchen is well equipped with every single thing you can think of inclusive of tea, sugar creamers. I was so pleased and my friend we were thinking about extending our weekend to possibly a week, however, responsibilities did not allow us to do that. I will definitely be back to this rental”

“You can't beat the location of this place. I considered getting a hotel but this was just about the same price (sometimes cheaper) and it was much more private, cleaner, and close to the beach. It's also RIGHT on one of the areas best golf courses. I'll definitely be looking at staying here again next time we're in the area.”

“We arrived at night so the building numbers in the grass were a little hard to see. Other than that, we had the perfect stay. Ample space, all the amenities of home! Pool literally out the front door and close to all the nearby beaches! Communication was easy! ”

“A good friend and I have stayed at this condo for the past 2-3 years and we continue to enjoy our stay. It's quiet, comfortable and close proximity to restaurants, shops, etc. The property manager is very responsive and check in and check out is smooth. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to leave trash bags to replace that are being thrown out to the garbage. Thanks again for a comfortable stay at your condo. ”

“My husband and I have experienced many condos on 27th St. and this so far has been the nicest, most clean and modern with so many amenities. The correspondence was prompt, professional, and kind with some flexibility, which we appreciate! The King bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here.. a few small suggestions would be having a small sweeper available to renters to clean up daily sand that is tracked in, and an iron with ironing-board for wrinkled clothes from packing.……
