This well-equipped holiday home in Var is ideal for a family. The property features a shared swimming pool, a shared tennis court, and is at a walking distance from the beach.

You can enjoy long beach walks or water sports, just 1 km away. Head out to the restaurants or visit the supermarket 0.5 km away. A game of golf can be enjoyed 15 km away. Chapelle Notre Dame du Cap Falcon is located at the end of Cap Brun, amid a statue of the Virgin, superb viewpoint embracing the harbor of TOULON, and coves for diving! La Calanque and L'ESCALE are the popular restaurants!

The holiday home features a spacious living area with TV, DVD player and air conditioning. You can spend an active day playing tennis on the tennis court. A private fenced garden lets you relax amidst nature. Street parking is free. Parking spaces in the residence are on a first-come, first-served basis. Do deposit the bins + sorting, in the dedicated technical room in the condominium.

The nearest airport is 15 km away.
