Step into this bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, thoughtfully decorated to be your comfortable and stylish home away from home.

Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy.
🚇 By Metro: You are just a 3-block walk to the Crystal City & Pentagon City Metro Stations (Blue & Yellow lines), offering a quick and direct ride to downtown D.C. and just one stop from Reagan National Airport (DCA).
🚶‍♀️ By Foot: This is a walker's paradise. The mall, restaurants, and beautiful parks are all just a short stroll away.
🌳 Parks & Nature: Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, or watch the planes at the unique Gravelly Point park.

Guest Screening: 🚨 For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.

Noise Policy: ⚠️ To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.

Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.

Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.

Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.

The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

This is a repeater.

I really did love this place. Overall, it was clean and conveniently located. What little issues I had that prevented me from making a five star I told the management and I’m sure they’ll fix.
