    House by the beach, Girl's weekend

    Our group of 6 adults loved everything about this house. Great location across from the beach, you could hear the waves. Good parking. Very clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

    Best sunset and stargazing views!

    This house is perfect! It is an easy watch to the beach and the deck is a great family gathering spot for watching the sunset and stargazing. You will love Wells and Moody Beach and this is a beautifully decorated home with everything you need for a family vacation.

    Great Girls’ Weekend Stay

    Beautiful home and perfect space & set up to comfortably accommodate our whole group. Great location for fun bars and restaurants. Check in was simple and anything we needed seemed to be there. Would highly recommend!

    Our second stay and we will be back!

    This home is well stocked and in a great location. We have stayed here 2x as two families and have had a great stay each time. The kitchen is very well stocked for our cooking needs and we all love the many board games, views from the top floor, and large dining room. Everything was very clean upon our arrival and we have had a great few night here the past 2 years and hope to return again.

    Perfect family vacation

    This home was perfect for our family vacation. We all gathered from different parts of New England and were able to visit and be comfortable. Woke up with the sunrise in front of the house, sunset in the back, and enjoyed the beach walks. Kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed for our special Christmas dinner together.

    It was nice area close to the beach. House was very nice and everything was very comfortable.

    Easy access to enter. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again. The only problem was losing power in rooms. However, it was very easy to reset the circuit breaker.

    Family Vacation

    We loved the Sunset View for the great accommodations, the awesome location and the beautiful sunsets. Our family loved spending days on the beach and afternoons out on the marsh crabbing and paddle boarding. The only thing that could be improved is the communication about beach rules, when trash pick up is, etc.

    Relaxing get away

    We loved both the house and the location. The beach is so close and beautiful. The house is filled with windows for light and views. Our visit was a reunion of friends. We cooked, played games, did a puzzle, and in general enjoyed all the amenities. Perfect choice!

    Cute house for a girls weekend!

    Great open living space so we could all be together and hang out whether in the kitchen or living room, and the separate floor for bedrooms was great so those who went to bed earlier weren’t disturbed! Great location close to town but about 1/4 mile from the beach access. Well stocked kitchen. Couple of minor things need replacing or repair but overall a great stay and we will be back!

    Great stay in Wells

    We booked this house mainly due to its size and the fact that we were traveling with extended family for a wedding in town. We were super comfortable here; the house is spacious and very clean! Beach views from the front and coastal views from the rear. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and living area being open so we could all visit and the bedrooms on a separate floor so everyone could retreat to privacy, when family time was on overload. The only caution would be the stairs- if you are mobility compromised or have brave toddlers, there are 3 flights of stars. This was not an issue for us whatsoever, but worth noting to others wishing to book. Overall, we had a tremendous stay- thank you for sharing your home with us; it truly became our home away from home for this family trip.

    Beautiful Home

    This home is beautiful and has wonderful space for a large group. You truly can't beat the views or proximity to the beach. Easy to access, everything was it was advertised, and the setup had nice little extras (e.g. travel sized soaps/shampoo). Ideal for our friend get-away. We would absolutely look to come back. Only downside is the third party management lacked the ability to provide helpful information about the house/local area and responses to questions felt automated and not specific to the request (e.g. question about parking sent me to a google search).

    Beautiful home, fabulous location

    This home was quite perfect for our group and we would not hesitate staying again, in fact we are looking forward to it. The house has amazing views, a beautiful deck to watch the sunset and a wonderful, open area to gather and enjoy or long weekend together. There was one major issue that we had though. We went for a long weekend and met with friends from different locations, so we decided to eat at the home on Friday evening. Pot luck. Unfortunately, the oven was not working, it got warm but never hot enough to heat our dishes. After an hour checking our food we could actually pull the dishes out with our bare hands. Had to make do with stove top and microwave in small batches. Definitely needs service. Nothing to do about that and I did report it. The woman I spoke to assured us they would take care of it before the next group came in. Otherwise it would be an absolute 5 star review.

    This has everything you're looking for your vacation

    Our group, age 65+, enjoyed this house. The ocean view in front, the wildlife marsh out back. Porch outback seated our group of five easily. Bald eagles nesting in view! The kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed a lobster dinner at the house, however we needed lobster crackers. If you are physically challenged, you'll want to consider the 3 flights of stairs to access all levels. We loved the 2nd floor layout, each bedroom has a private bath. Living level on the upper level, again seated all of us (9) for dinner and lounging in the living room. Our party of 5 bedrooms were great. We felt the house could be a little cleaner, windows washed once a month, at least from the inside, counter in the kitchen could have been cleaner, baseboard wall in kitchen had something dried on it...but overall, it was acceptable, especially clean in bathrooms and floors. The caretakers were prompt with help about the internet connection issue. The house is located on the quieter part of the street. We would definitely stay here again.

    Beautiful home

    The house was well laid out and appointed with everything we needed. Location was great and nice views! I'd love to rent this again, but communication was difficult. We arrived Christmas Eve for our family Christmas. Upon arrival, the lights on the main floor were not working. We contacted Vacasa, waited on hold for quite a while. We were able to locate the sub panel and correct the issue ourselves, otherwise, I'm not sure when anyone would have arrived to correct the issue. On our last evening, the dishwasher started leaking. Again, we were unable to easily contact them. Neither of these were issues were urgent, but frustrating not to be able to quickly contact the host and get a resolution. Also, wifi was fine once we move the Roku device upstairs to main TV. Was difficult to initially connect and stay connected to apps.
