The space
A beautiful, traditional, bright, airy Maltese village house located in the tranquil, picturesque village of Xghajra on the south coast of the island.
The house offer breath taking sea views of the blue Mediterranean complimented with the spectacular sunrise.
Set on two floors with classic Maltese doors and apertures, with its own private porch overlooking the sea and back yard.
The main door leads to a lovely, welcoming living room with, smart tv, fireplace and wifi.
Next to the living is a fully equipped kitchen/dinning room. From one side leading to the yard, on the other side to the laundry area and main bathroom. From the yard one accesses the second bathroom room.
On the second floor are located 2 traditional bedrooms with ferro batutto beds and solid oak furniture. Complimenting the bedrooms are two separate balconies. From bed in the main bedroom, one can watch the spectacular Sunrise.

Guest access includes front porch overlooking the promenade, sitting room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, laundry area, main bathroom, shower room and a Maltese traditional back yard with limestone features.
On the second floor 2 bedrooms, one of which has a spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea.
