"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

"Stanze molto pulite, letti comodi, struttura nuova aperta da un anno quindi tutto perfetto. Nelle docce presenti anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Soggiorno da consigliare Grazie a Wu e Tang con cui abbiamo potuto capirci perfettamente in inglese 😊 "

The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. "The room is at the top of a „shopping mall“ (not a very clean one, people are cooking at the floor and smoking). The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. You get one time towels and there was hair from the people who stayed there before. "
