"Very nice!! Staff is great and kind. Got to try the 5th lounge the burgers fries kids pizza is all amazing our 1.5yr old loved that pozza and the burgers 🍔 ohhh myyy a taste of burger heav frfr love this place DEF STAY HERE AGAIN !!!"

"The property was fine the staff was friendly. For the money I expected a little more. The couch in my room was uncomfortable and in the lobby area. I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional. "

"So the property is in a good location But room 315 is terrible. View is the ac condensers running all the time. Good if you are deaf. But the free cocktails are good and the burgers were good. Thankfully just one night listening to a condenser motor all night. Nice staff. Just refuse 315 "

Had to call front desk, NO movie channels and NO streaming services. I will certainly think twice before booking at Wingate again. "

"It was an amazing stay. Couldn’t ask for better service from everyone. Jetty done a great job from the time we got there until we left today at 1045. I give her 5 stars. We will definitely be back to the Holiday Inn in Florence Ky. I would recommend this hotel. We went the Aquarium and Ark. We were in between both. There was a lot of places to shop and eat. "

"Great stay. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Nick, a front desk attendant, was wonderful and accommodating. One of the managers as well was very welcoming and made sure the pool was at the right temperature for my son and I during our swim since it the water was just changed that morning. Overall great service, rooms were accommodating and clean. Only thing I can really say needs improvement is breakfast, but even that was above average compared to many other hotels we've...
