"Amazing stuff going an extra mile to help you in every situation, I can't imagine better 5* service! I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . We got very nice room and felt at home staying the second time in this hotel- I hardly recommend"

"A gem of a hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter. The hotel is comfortable and the service is terrific. The staff are all so friendly and assisted with recommendations on where to eat, what to see as well as booking trips and transport. La Cascada was so good we returned 3 times and stayed in the hotel as a base to explore the wider area. Stay here!"

"This is a great place to stay if you don't mind the busy night life with noise and crowds. The hotel photos are the real deal. We were happy to stay there with their very supportive staff. They make the whole experience super nice. Highly recommend it as it is in the heart of Old Quarter. "

"5 days stay In the hotel and at floor 7XXX. I booked my ha long bay and ninh Binh through the hotel, All the staff are friendly and breakfast are good enough. "This was my first time traveling solo and this hotel made me feel so comfortable! They arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and they came and greeted me at the door to make sure I got in comfortably. Had an early check in with no issues. Tracy arranged a walking food tour for me, my transport to my next location on Cat Ba Island as well as a tour while I'm there! Love this place so much I booked it again for when I come through Hanoi to fly back home. 10/10 for everything from staff,...

"This place was perfect for my one night stay in Hanoi before taking the train to SaPa! They greeted me by name and stored my luggage for me all day after I checked out but before my train departed in the late evening. They even let me shower in the evening after a long day of walking around so I would be fresh for the train! Highly recommend!"

"The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"

"This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out."

"I stayed here twice during my trip to Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. The first two nights were great! There was a problem with the booking on my return from Ha Long Bay and my room had to be changed to a triple twin bed room for some reason. I toss and turn quite a bit and small beds just don't work for me. That's the only reason I gave four stars and not five. The staff overall were great. The location is convenient for most of the Old Quarter attractions, drinks and dining options. I would stay here...
