"Very nice boutique hotel. Next to the town's main street. Nice , large rooms. Parking free on the street on weekends or free all the time ii municipal lot a block away. Clean rooms. Pleasant staff. Had issue with our room. Bathroom door wouldnt close or lock and would swing open. They gave us another room. A downgrade and agreed to reimburse us the lower rate. Havent gotten it yet."

"Lost power during latest storm. Heat, hot water and shower was great after camping at home for a few days. Construction contions and will be a nice improvement."

"Very nice little inn within easy walking distance of the best of Lincolnville - the beach, the pizza place and Dot's. The proprietor was at a meeting but gave me good directions when I called the number she left. My room was spacious and unique with lots of good touches. Better than average in room coffee and real mugs, a freezer on the fridge and a sort of living room area all were appreciated. I really loved it and will definitely return. "

"We were fortunate enough to find this gem during an April Noreaster and were the only ones staying here. The hotel was more than we could have wished for, so beautiful and comfortable. The food was SO GOOD and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could need. If we ever get back to this part of Maine we will definitely be back!"

The hosts were lovely, and the gourmet 3 course breakfast served daily was simply amazing. The home was charming, and cozy and filled with everything that made the stay delightful. Walking across the street to a lobster dinner on the water was an added bonus. We’d love to return to the Spouter Inn. "

"The people at Youngtown Inn were incredibly kind and helpful. This beautiful 200 year old inn was an excellent choice. The breakfast is amazing, supper delicious. The only drawback were the stairs. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Lovely piece of property off Hwy 1 right outside Camden and close to Bar Harbor and Arcadia National Park! Room was spacious with convenient parking. Breakfast was fabulous, dropped at the door each more at your specified time. Was able to do a load of laundry when we first arrived. We were early but purchased a bottle of wine in the lobby and sat on the porch while waiting on laundry and room. Very nice staff."
