"The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. "Although the rooms were not as sound proof as I would have liked, I can't think of anything else that was a problem. The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice. I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Definitely the most impressive part of my stay. "

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location in SouthPark. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Checking early wasn’t an option and I showed up 3 hours early. Check in time isn’t until 4:00. I did get to check in around 3:30. So, just keep in mind to not show up too early. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "The breakfast at this place is amazing, You have to pay but if you get the breakfast vouchers it covers a bit of your meal, but the food is so good it was worth. I can be a stickler for having to pay for things, especially hotel food. But man oh man this breakfast was top notch.
