"The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There was a strong chlorine smell in our room but we were right next to the pool. One of the shower lights didn't work and the ventilation was nonexistent in the shower. It was a little dinky overall but it got the job done. I really liked the lively vibes of the entire hotel and I appreciated all the accessible add-ons like the inhouse starbucks and convenience stores."

"My stay at the Westin was pretty good. The location was great for a quick walk to food and activities. My room still had some left over trash behind the curtains and behind the bed but I only stayed 1 night so I did not request it cleaned. The black out curtains added to my great sleep. With coffee bar right in the lobby, my overall experience was Good! "

"All of the staff was outstanding, they went above & beyond. Place was super clean. Only thing that was missed was a shuttle service back & forth to the airport. "

"Impressively large hotel with the most annoying elevator system ever experienced. Must use your keycard to get off on your floor, but half-way up, all the rooms get erased and you wind up riding the elevators for several up and down trips. Room was not terribly clean - hair in shower, not convinced the toilet had been cleaned, etc."

"Front desk staff was amazing. Nick was very nice. The stay was amazing and valet was great. The only negative is the area has a lot of stragglers walking around making it feel uncomfortable. "
