Shops and services in Lapalisse are 6 km away, Vichy, the queen of spa towns, is 30 km away, and the Le PAL animal and amusement park is just 37 km away. Further afield, Moulins (55 km) and Vulcania and the Chaîne des Puys (100 km) are worthwhile excursions. A festive event, "L'embouteillage RN 7" (The RN 7 Traffic Jam), is planned in Lapalisse.

The ground floor comprises a living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) for easy access. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, a mezzanine with a TV area and relaxation space, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Outside, the enclosed courtyard and 2,500 m² green space offer recreational facilities and a children's playhouse, all within a safe and verdant setting.
