"I loved the resort. At the Dolphin restaurant the staff failed to clean about 8 tables and they chose to seat us in the mist of this. Tables were just left completely dirty, full of plates and left over food from prior guests. I took a video of the restaurant because we were in disbelieve that it was kept so filthy. I told a manager and he stated he saw the same thing, he eventually got someone to clean it but his response and the unsanitary appearance was disappointing. I showed the swan's front desk the video and expressed my disbelieve they apologized but were in shock as well."

"Amazing, beautifully kept resort. Clean anywhere you go. Staff answers any question you have & if not they will direct you to the right person. Can’t think of anything other than perfect experience."

"Clean and well kept hotel. Rooms are spacious. Wonderful breakfast options and very helpful and nice staff. The location is very convenient, with numerous dining options working walking and distance. There is also a small Target and Walgreens that you can walk to. We had a great stay."
