"Really nice BnB. The room was large and clean. We stayed in the Parker suite. Large jacuzzi tub in the center room. The breakfasts were excellent 4 course meals. I’d like the coffee to be stronger but that’s a personal preference. This is a nice location. Don’t worry about not staying in town or on the water front because either of these are easily accessible by car and the town and waterfront do not meet each other geographically, so you’ll need transportation either way. "

"This is my third time staying at this property, it is super convenient to access the wineries around Hector. It’s nice to drive down to the water and sit on the dock and watch sunset. The facilities are always very clean and well-kept, kitchen was fully stocked beds are very comfortable, this is my new go to place to stay on that side of Seneca lake. "

"We had a great stay. The place was staged so cute. Only downfall was we couldnt find the hot tub at first and the location of the hot tub was awkward. Maybe putting out bathrobes in the winter ?"

"Lovely place to spend with family and friends. The host was great and the location for visiting HWS colleges was perfect. The bathrooms are dated and the kitchen needs a little attention but the place was very clean, had instructions, good WiFi and the beds were very comfortable. "

"Check in was delayed for almost two hours for one room. Yoga has limited spot. Other than that was good."
