Leddon Farm Annexe is situated in the village of Welcombe which is just over a mile from Welcombe Mouth Beach and 7 miles or so from the stunning Hartland. The property offers very comfortable and spacious accommodation and is a few minutes’ walk from a beautiful 13th-century thatched inn, which serves good food and drinks, with lovely gardens in which to dine. Walk or drive down into the valley where you will discover stunning valley scenery, Welcombe beach, waterfall, and the spectacular coastal path. Free car park. Also highly recommended is a visit to the stunning nearby Marsland Valley for walkers and Sandymouth Bay beach has a free car park.

If stunning beaches are your thing, then North Devon will leave you spoilt for choice with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! Beaches all within easy reach by car. The fantastic Southwest Coastal Path runs through Hartland’s rugged coastline and is perfect for walker and view seekers.
