「Well we were very exhausted from carrying luggage and food up three stories. That would have been overlooked if the property had been in good condition. The front door needs to be replaced. We were worried because there was dust built up on the vents. When we were taking a shower there was a large spider in the shower curtains that frightened my friend pretty bad. There was an opening under the doors a mouse could crawl under. It had been awhile since I lived in Carolina beach and I wasn’t aware...

「 Clean and spacious property, close to the beach with an easy check in. Loved having two decks to enjoy! We loved the pool also. We had a small issue check in day and the host was quick to respond and offer resolution for us. Very pleased with the communication. The water has an odor here for some reason. Luckily we had brought a lot of water with us. There is also construction right in front of condo. Overall very pleased with the property and enjoyed our time there. 」

「Nice property, good location and pools. The only drawbacks were 3rd floor and no elevator,(this was clearly shared in the location write up) and only 2 parking passes, not clearly communicated in write up. 」

「Justin and Melissa's condo was great for our relaxing getaway trip to the beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Parking at the condo was good. It was convenient to walk to the beach (about a block walk), and it was a short drive to restaurants. Justin and Melissa's restaurant recommendations were spot on! We had a nice, relaxing weekend! We would come back again. 」

From the Touches from Board games to cooking tools you just need your clothes and food. The Swing on the porch is perfect for drinking your morning coffee and just taking in the salt air-- Perfect view of the ocean. What a wonderful stay we will for sure return」

「Great stay! Comfortable bed, super clean, very kid friendly and many “extras” provided to pack a little lighter. For other people considering this stay do note that the ocean cannot be seen from sitting on the balcony unless you are looking over the railing. 」
