The house measures 150 m² and can accommodate 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining room with WI-FI, HI-FI, TV, and DVD player, as well as a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, board games, baby equipment.
Outdoor space in the shade or in the sun, private pool and SPA next to the house, and outdoor dining area.
The villa is only 2 km from the village, and you will love having a coffee in the morning on site while enjoying a delicious cake and/or a superb artisanal croissant from the Clotilde Pastry Shop. Callas is renowned for its gastronomic specialties such as olive oil, vinegar, wine, goat cheese, and, of course, the Michelin-starred restaurant Les Gorges de Pennafort. The village offers all the amenities you will need, as well as 4 restaurants that will cook you the best local specialties and one of the best pastry shops in the region.
The house has been tastefully decorated, keeping your comfort in mind throughout the process.
It has two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a large Italian shower, both in local tile) and a complete kitchen with all appliances (professional stove, American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and drip coffee machines, toaster...).
The living/dining room has a large dining table for 6 people, a large sofa, cable TV, Hi-Fi (with MP3 input), and Wi-Fi access. It has direct access to the terrace and the pool through French doors.
The two bedrooms upstairs each have their own large balcony overlooking the beautiful valley. One has a double bed (160x200cm) and the other has twin beds (90x200cm) that can be merged into a bed of 180x200 cm.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and is located 2 steps above the ground floor. It has its own library with tons of information about visits, vineyards, and restaurants in the area.
We also have a storage room where you will find a second large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, board games, children's games, CDs, DVDs, and pool toys, as well as basic cleaning products.
For small children, we offer a crib, a high chair, a changing table, a portable bathtub, a baby bouncer, and a blender.
You will enjoy relaxing under the olive trees and sunbathing by your private pool. A shaded outdoor dining area with a giant barbecue, a dining table for 6 people, and lighting for late dinners will please you and your group. We also have several happy hour/relaxation/reading areas in the garden.
Finally, we have a new SPA area with home cinema and jacuzzi that you can rent from October to May for an additional fee (please contact us for a custom quote).
Guests will have access to the entire house, garden, and pool, private parking, and all amenities.
We will be present during check-in to welcome you in person and show you the property. We live just a few kilometers away and will be available for any questions or issues during your stay.
The house is located in a residential area, with very friendly neighbors and properties that cannot be seen from the garden.
Callas is only 45 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches, from the Verdon canyons and Lake Ste Croix, 1 hour away from St Tropez, Cannes and Nice. You can even go to Italy for the day as it is less than 2 hours away.
Many activities offered nearby include cycling, gastronomy, vineyard tours and tastings in local vineyards, golf, spa, walks in nearby medieval villages, etc. Once the house is booked, we will provide our secret address so you can get more details.
There is a bus line nearby, but a car is ideal to discover everything the region has to offer.
We love spending time at the house in summer and also in winter. We have made the house as comfortable and welcoming as possible, and we hope you will love it as much as we do.
