The property manager went above and beyond and even gave me a ride to get a new starter. I couldn’t believe how helpful they were. I honestly believe if I were at any other hotel I would have been on my own. They have earned my business for life."

"Great staff, love the brook behind property to sit and enjoy the sounds of nature and water. Property was kept clean, even though older rooms it was very very well kept. The only disappointment was the pool waterfall was broke and that’s my sons words as he was excited for the fun Of a pool waterfall shown online. "

"We had an amazing stay at Best Western in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The room was very clean and comfortable. They had elevators to aid the elderly or handicap if you get a room upstairs. They also had an amazing breakfast every morning. Additionally, there are two different pool areas, one outside and one inside. Everyone can enjoy some fun at the pool."
