「Perfect location for catching a game at Wrigley Field. Walking distance to the field and in the middle of all the action. When you are done with the action and want to rest, the room was nice and quiet. I would have preferred coffee in the room for the morning, but there was a nice self serving coffee bar in the lobby.」

「Pros of staying at this hotel: -staff was very friendly and helpful. -offsite parking was reasonably priced and close. -elevator was working. -close to Lincoln Park and Wrigley Fields. -room was bigger than most city hotel rooms. Cons of staying at this hotel: -dated property -musty smelling -rooms were dimly lit -room did not feel that clean because of the age of the carpet, tile in the bathroom, and furniture. I would not stay here again because the cons outweighed the pros for me.」

「Staff was so professional and polite, however the elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor…. They did take us up to our room with our bags in the service elevator however it was stairs anytime we wanted to leave the property during our stay. Not tragic situation, but also not ideal. Also, the gym was closed for renovation so I guess using the stairs made up for that, lol. Definitely wasn’t a terrible stay but I probably wouldn’t choose it again.」

Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...
