The room we were in was extremely dirty and falling apart. We are not picky travelers, and have happily stayed in other budget accommodations. This place had a dirty tub, toilet paper on the floor, sticky residue on the nightstand, etc. The bed had been made, indicating that it had been tended to and not simply overlooked by housekeeping. So the rest of the stains were left as normal? We actually just left and went to stay with friends, as it was late and I didn't want to haggle with the management. It could be argued that we should have given them the chance to make it right, but we were just too tired. We usually don't leave negative reviews, but folks who are traveling to the area should know this place needs a lot of work and may have dirty rooms.

This place needs to be tore down. It is unsafe. My room had blood on the carpet and top sheets. The sheets were filthy. I had a big hole in my wall. I had mold and hair all over my tub. The toilet wasn’t even flushed. The refrigerator had mold all inside. The entire building smells disgusting. There was definitely sex trafficking going on in the facility. The women walked the halls all night. The steps had 2 small trash cans filled with water from a leak. I brought children because it was advertised great for families. I booked for 2 nights and I didn’t even stay the 2 nights but still charged.

Worst place ever how is it still in business

I have no idea how this hotel is still in business as soon as you walk in to the so called lobby you are welcomed with a big cloud of really bad smoke smell I walked threw the halls and it was dirty it smelled awful i almost threw up then we finally found our room which we got there at two and they told us we had to wait until four to check in so we waited two hours and checked out the room as soon as we closed the door there was a tiny light and there was black stuff all over the beds there was a cockroach right next to the door on the wall there was bugs all over and the place was extremely nasty worse experience ever and I was so mad as soon as we saw the cockroach we left screaming and there was this guy in the couch in the lobby saying we were the 21st people to not stay the night like I’m not sure how that hotel is still in business DO NOT GET THE HOTEL IT SMELLS REALLY BAD AND THERE ARE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE I wish I took photos of the place but as soon as we saw the cockroach we left

WOULD NOT RETURN

The Econo Lodge was housed in the rear of the building, with the Quality Inn in front (check-in happens here). That was OK. Problems: 1) Hotels.com adverises check-in time at 3:00 pm, however when we arrive we were told check-in time was 4:00 pm. We had to leave and come back to check-in. Either Hotels.com or Econo Lodge/Quality Inn needs to publish what the correct time is (3 or 4). 2) Never received fresh towels after being requested several times. Took to home we were visiting to wash the used ones. 3) Then the topper was when we ran out of toilet paper, and requested some but never got it. We had to PURCHASE toliet paper at the Gas Station on the corner! What is THAT!

The office attendant tried to upsell me to a different room by lying that mine had no refrigerator or microwave. The property was false advertised that it had breakfast.
