Worry free getaway.

We had a wonderful time at the beach and the pool was great. The place has everything we needed and extras we weren't expecting. We would stay here again.

Perfect spring getaway!

Great place for a family. Lots of beach gear and towels. The unit is spacious and had all we needed. Comfy beds. Great views, convenient location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Great condo. Everything was as advertised. Great view. Everything you need was in the kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. Plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby. Great location. Clean. The only down fall was there is only 1 key to get in to the pool or beach but we made it work. Would stay again

Great stay!

This condo is perfectly stocked and ready for a great stay on the beach! The pool is heated which was great since we had seasonally cooler weather but could enjoy the pool even at 64 degrees and cloudy! The beach access was great, not too crowded. We felt safe and were able to relax. We would stay here again, no doubt!

We got there at specified time. Opened the door and place hadnt been cleaned yet. Beds not mad, kitchen with stuff all over. We ended up standing in the parking lot waiting for 2 hours while housekeeping cleaned from 4-6 . Mold in queen bedroom and smells really musty. door and nothing had been cleaned. Beds still unmade

Cocoa beach condo

Girls trip with 4 ladies. We loved this condo. It is huge and very well equipped. Very clean. Great beach access. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious!

There is plenty of space to spread out and the view (if you can look past the construction) was lovely. The only downsides were unclear check-in instructions and the single key to access the pool and the beach (which also requires the key on return.) Overall, great stay!

Good location, but not again

Upon first glance, this property seems nice, spacious, and as described. However, after a few short hours, it's clear the floors are dirty and need mopping, there were crumbs left behind and when we tried to use the vacuum it died, there are rusty kitchen utensils (can opener), limited cookware, sand in the pullout sofa bed so we had to change the sheets before we could sleep there, only 2 trash bags, a missing smoke detector (back plate there, but no unit), not enough bath towels or wash clothes, and overall in need of updating. The pros of this condo were the location, beach access, and enough room to sleep our party of 8. We would not stay here again.

Sandcastles condo complex is wonderful. Pool is perfect. Condo nice. The only down side was the ocean view. Construction material and port-a-potty was our view. We knew there was going to be construction, but had hoped for a better ocean view

Second time staying in the Sandcastle Paradise. Was very nice the first time, good cookware, plenty of towels and beach towels. This year was expecting the same and ended up having to go buy towels. Cookware in poor condition. Overall, everything is just worn in comparison to the prior year. No mirror in twin bedroom, makes it difficult for adults.

Spacious and comfortable

We rented this place during Hurricane Ian. So we did not get to use any of the amenities other than Wiif. Place was well kept and clean! Comfortable seating and beds. Very few instructions for guests. NO information regarding the garage or parking space provided. Kitchen needs a good restock of pots, pans and cooking utensils. And living room couch was also a hide-a-bed which had not been mentioned. We experienced water damage from the unit above us during the storm. Would rent again.

Girls Getaway

This condo has it all. I loved the view, beachfront and beautiful. They had so much amenities. They had five adult beach chairs, two kid’s chairs, two kid life jackets, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, tennis rackets, shovels, dish soap, shampoo, lots of toilet paper, and more. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They even had a sauna in the community room. The only problem we had was everything at the condo was locked and we only had one key for several adults. The beach was locked so coming AND going required a key. We had to come back and forth to unlock the door for everyone. I don’t mind it locked, it was just difficult to plan and make sure everyone could get in and out of the places they wanted to. Definitely worth another trip to this condo.

The property was great! The condo had beautiful views and was so peaceful! The only real issue we had was when we first arrived the elevator code that was provided to us was wrong!! Therefore we couldnt get up to the condo. It took an extra 45 min to get up to the condo! We called the property twice and they were unable to help... We ended up getting to the condo because someone got off the elevator which then we got on and went up to the condo. After getting into the condo we found the real elevator code and the rest of our stay was AWESOME! Without the correct elevator code you cant even get the elevator to open... and stairs are locked with a key that you get once in the condo. Even after ALL that I would totally stay here again!!

Convienient, comfortable,amenities well placed. Work being done on condo. Information given to us by VRBO very inaccurate. Unable to use oceanfront balcony for over 2 1/2 weeks without moving balcony furniture in an out each day. Did not sign up for that. Dissapointed that the last phone call I made was not returned. VRBO called us on our way to Florida to tell us about the 2 options we had. Right hand not Knowing what left hand doing. In the end was not able to have full use of condo without lifting chairs and tables in and out. We are retired and the 2 friends are handicapped. Never had an experience like this.

Very disappointing experience

Upon arrival to our condo we noticed that the key to access the pool/hottub and beach was missing. We contacted Vacasa right away; to which they replied that they would send someone at 9am the following morning with a key. We also mentioned that there were multiple areas of the condo that were never cleaned. Change and dirt behind and under couches, mold, sand and dirt in shower and bathtub, closet filled with sand, there was dust caked to the ceiling above the stove hanging right over our food being cooked. Extremely disappinting housekeeping service. We were told housekeeping would get in touch with us right away to come and clean everythjng up for us. In the 3 weeks that we were there we never heard from housekeeping once. Back to the key issue. We have 3 children that were on vacation with us, they wanted to enjoy the amenities that were promised in the information of the reservation. Vacasa never got in touch with us the following day, no one showed up to bring us the key. Vacasa gave us the run around for 5 straight days. We had NO access to the beach, the pool or hottub for 5 straight days on a family vacation with 3 kids. What an absolutely ridiculously disappointing stay. Vacasa was completly disrespectful, did not care about our needs and didnt care that we had no access for 5 days of our stay. Do not book with Vacasa they are a disgrace to the rental industry. We asked for compensation and all they offered was 80.00, which doesnt even cover one night. Just horrible
