Awesome stay at The Cottage!

Lovely updated cottage. Very clean and looks brand new despite it being built over 100 years ago! Has all the amenities you need. Perfect play to stay in Coeur d’Alene!

Clean and comfortable

The home was clean and spacious. It was very comfortable. We could not find instructions on how to turn on the hot tub jets, but that was the only negative of our stay.

Perfect Home For A Family Weekend

This home is comfortable and cozy, has everything we needed, great location! Fit our family well! Washer and Dryer are awesome. Great space, neighbors are awesome! Perfect home for our long weekend visit. Has basic amenities, shampoo & spas. Comfy beds, great sitting area. Thank you!

A our family is definitely going to rebook this house

The kitchen supplies were so well stocked. As well as all the other little thing's you could need. From the bathroom to the laundry room. It made our stay so much more relaxing. The home was beautiful. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

We were enjoying the house but our time there ended too soon. I noticed water dripping from several places from the ceiling. Called Vacasa and before I knew it plumbers had the ceiling down in the primary suite and we were told that we would need to relocate.

All the Comforts of Home

We stayed here for 5 days at Christmas time, and (as is normal) weren't sure how many amenities would be provided (especially in the kitchen). Turns out, this home has pretty much everything! It feels like you're staying at someone's real home - it's comfy, feels like it's decorated personally, and has anything you might need during your stay. I'd highly recommend, and we've already discussed going back for a repeat stay!

All the comforts of home

The owners thought of everything you may need. Having 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for the five of us was perfect. The updated kitchen and bathrooms plus the cozy family room was just wonderful. We took advantage of the hot tub. Played games we brought while it rained. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate but the town itself is great to explore and the beauty of lake and parks were just amazing. I walked the neighborhood. The town had Thrift stores galore!

Great location

This home was spotless!! Beds were comfortable. Large open space. Be patient when first turning on shower, hot water is slow but plentiful. I only wish there was a shorter code for the door but that is so minor!! Communicated that we could check in early and that was perfect!! Within walk-in distance to downtown. Perfect for our group

Coziest cutest house!

I came along with 4 other friends for a little reunion. We LOVED the house, super clean, well stocked with linens, very spacious. Beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets. Has a jacuzzi that we definitely enjoyed! Saw four deer walking by at night, pretty incredible!! Can't wait to go back!

Would stay again

Excellent location and much roomier than expected. Nice appliances and tastefully decorated. The only negatives were that we found potato chips and Cheerios on the carpet (obviously wasn’t properly vacuumed) and on the second day we found a dirty diaper under the ottoman. The coffee maker and the water dispenser on the fridge both leaked.

Cute, Clean and Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay here while we went skiing for spring break. The house was spacious enough that everyone got their own room, and the large main room was big enough that it was easy to spend time together as a family. Very clean. Location is great--downtown CDA was about a 20 minute walk, or you can walk to 4th street in about 10-15 minutes.

Communication with property manager was lacking

Good location, but communication with property management was lacking. Found out only two days before arrival the hot tub wasn't working. Vacasa could relocate us, but the cost difference would be our responsibility. They refunded us a small amount for the lack of that amenity, which was appreciated. Looking at past reviews,, the hot tub has been an issue a few times recently. If it has problems it should NOT be listed as an amenity. Also, master shower drain needs to be unclogged. Every single shower we had the shower floor filled to the bottom of the door.

Love the corner cottage but hot tub too dirty to use… hopefully you will fulfill our request to credit the $45.00 a day for usage since we did not feel clean enough to enjoy… otherwise everything else was very clean, very well stocked and decorated so cute

Never Judge A Book By Its Cover

The outside didn’t look bad but you definitely wouldn’t expect it to look like it does on the inside. Beautiful remodel done. Love the open floor plan. Definitely took notes for designing my own house. The master bedroom is everything you could dream of; walk in closet, private full bath, TV, and the door to the deck is also off that room. Perfect for our little Idaho get away. My only complaint is the hot tub jets lacked power no massage really just lightly bubbled took the best part away from the hot tub in my opinion.

Family time in Coeur d’Alene

This home has 4 comfortable bedrooms and is perfectly located near the downtown with easy access to I90 for day trips. The hot tub created a wonderful way to relax and enjoy a private patio with family. Excellent amenities!
