Holiday Home 'Ecurie' with Shared Pool, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

After the purchase, it took a long year of renovation work to restore the bastide to its former glory. Since July 2009, Françoise welcomes you to La Moutière all year round. The property comprises 5 gîtes and 4 chambres d'hôtes for a total of 42 beds. The swimming pool, set in lush greenery, will make you decide to spend your next vacation at La Moutière.

- Possibility of renting towels and/or pool towels and cleaning during your stay.

House rules :

The tenant assumes all responsibility for accidents in the swimming pool, and undertakes to supervise children under 12. In the event of use of the Wifi access point, the tenant undertakes not to carry out any illegal activity and/or download and to respect the obligations defined by law. It is forbidden to light fires outside the barbecue. Pets are permitted subject to a fee and strict rules. Compliance with anti-smoking regulations is mandatory. Finally, the tenant undertakes to keep the property clean and to return it in good condition.

The "L'Ecurie" gîte is a detached building at the entrance to the property.

Crossing east/west, it is very well lit, in the morning by the rising sun and in the evening by the setting sun.



The living room has exposed stone walls. A convivial bar table is set into the wall and the miller's staircase. The full-length kitchen is very functional, with fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, hood, microwave and Senseo coffee machine.



Upstairs, you'll find the two bedrooms. A blue Copenhagen with a double bed, cupboards and chest of drawers. The other is triangular with two bunk beds. The bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
