Beautiful location. Overpriced for what it was.

When we arrived we immediately noticed trash and random articles of clothing around the property, upon entering the house seemed clean. However, once on the third floor we noticed holes in walls/doors, random stains on walls and poker chips strew about the living room and porch. The TV in the living room was a nightmare to get working, the dryer was finicky and some of the dishes had food still stuck on them. Also, if you stay here (or at any of the Sun Realty properties) be aware you’ll need to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels as they only had a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels not a huge deal but would’ve been great to know in advance. Beautiful location but for the price we paid I’d expect a little more. No comments on the pool or hot tub as neither of them were used…after seeing overall cleanliness of the property we decided not to tempt fate with the hot tub or pool.

Horse Hot Spot

The property was great. It was a bit more trouble to get there than we originally thought it would be, but the drive is beautiful along the beach. Just be sure you are prepared for beach driving for several miles. Beware that there are a TON of wild horse tours that go by this property daily. We counted 1 or more at least every 10-15 mins from 8-5 just about every day. It gets annoying. If you want to see the wild horses, they were at this property every day. Unfortunately, they prevented us from leaving and returning multiple times. My daughter and grandson were outside and one unexpectedly walked right up to them. We didn't know what to do because of the 50ft rule. Within 30 seconds, a tour came along and the guide was screaming, yelling and taking a video with threats to report them to the sheriff's department. My grandson is 5 years old! It was an awful experience that ruined our trip. Not Sun Realty's fault at all. My point is, we were not prepared for the negative aspects of the horse presence and definitely didn't appreciate the tours.
