「It was me and my husband first time in Mexico and it was amazing staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had ac and ceiling fan. The entertainment was exciting, the drinks were fantastic! And the food was plentiful. Pools for days, bars for days and had it own private beach. Definitely looking forward to coming back!」

「We have stayed at 3 different properties in Cozumel. Park Royal: nice room but terrible food. Hotel Cozumel: room was dated but comfortable and Good Food. El CID: The best! The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great (I always stick to fish, chicken, or pork in Mexico as a rule, no beef.) Every plate of food I had was fantastic. The service was great. Bed was comfy and the snorkeling was fantastic! I highly recommend El CID. 」

「The house was just as it was online. Bedrooms or spacious and comfortable, bedding, soft. The house had great proximity from the indoors to the pool to the beach and beach towels were included and plenty of lawn chairs. We use Senders’s kitchen for all dinners and breakfast and they also provided a daily lunch snack, which was outstanding. They played serve and clean up. We also use the concierge service who scheduled us transportation to and from airport and answered various other questions....

「Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge.
