Zen

Zen staff (particularly Ben) disorganised.Did not email key code to pick up keys prior to arival,gave us two different apartment numbers,wrong parking space and had owner at apartment on Monday morning expecting to organise cleaners.He was not informed that I had already paid extra 150 to stay until 12midnight because of late flight.Had to sort out these problems myself.Very unimpressed.
