Sandpiper Cove felt like home!

We had so much fun staying here and were never bored! We felt like we were right at home. Highly recommend for a clean, easy, and relaxing stay at the beach!

Fall Break ‘24

Great location, the complex was very well kept. This unit is clean but older. The upstairs is almost unusable during the day, you have to crank the AC down to cool it down. We had a great time and will definitely be looking at staying in Sand Piper Cove again.

conveniently located condo

We love the sandpiper cove properties as they are close to anything you need while on vacation. The condo was Conveniently located and easy to walk or cart to the private beach and the complex pools. The condo is a little outdated and the floors were dirty upon arrival, but overall worked well for our family of 5 adults and 4 kids. They also had a wagon, beach toys and chairs which were super helpful for our beach days! Some days the AC struggled to keep up if you’re someone that likes to keep it cool. Beds were comfy!

Perfect location and amenities!

8 of us had a girls trip and rented this standalone unit. It was perfect. So close to the private beach and all of the fun things to do in Destin. The unit was super nice and clean and even included some beach chairs and things we could use at the beach. We felt very safe with the gate security really staying on top of people coming and going. The beds were the most comfy I've ever slept on! There was plenty on room for us all to be comfortable. Check in/out was so easy! I never even had to go in an office. Communication was great as we could text with guest services. Being within walking distance to Lagniappe was amazing!! Also right next to the tennis courts and ice machine. We were very happy with our stay and willl definitely book again.

SPC is a great location. Nice sized home. Should be cleaned properly.

What we loved was the awesome SPC location. You’re so close to the beach! It’s a gated community with guards. You’ll feel safe. Loved having the extra amenities of a wagon (wagon was a lifesaver with kids and supplies), boogie boards, extra beach chairs, corn hole, floaties, tv on patio (couldn’t find remote, had to use Roku app on phone). There is a small coffee pot and a few filters provided. A small bottle of dish soap, 2 pack of laundry pods & same of dishwasher pods. A couple travel sizes shampoo, conditioner and soap in showers. These are all awesome bonuses we weren’t expecting We had 9 people so more towels would’ve been nice. They provided of toilet paper!! Be prepared to climb a flight of stairs going into condo. Also whoever gets king master it’s up a flight of narrow stairs, maybe they’re more short than narrow? The location of this condo is right by the tennis courts. Perfect location to watch the Harborwalk fireworks from the comfort of your back deck. What an awesome memory we will never forget! The house wasn’t the cleanest in the aspect of the floors, dishes. Beds are clean for the most part, couple stains here and there but I felt clean in the bed overall if we wiped off our black feet from the floors. Couch has seen better days. There aren’t any cookie sheets. There are some other pans that you can make do with. The knives are sharp and awesome! There was an inch big roach on our final day scurrying in master king bedroom upstairs and it really freaked me out about having my luggage open the entire time! I worried about bringing some home. So far, so good. The price was great. I swear I found a good deal. Other than needing a new housekeeper and exterminator. It was an awesome house!! As for people that stay, clean your dishes! It shouldn’t be the housekeepers job to do that. Be better. It should however be the owner or rental managers job to do frequent random inspections to ensure cleanliness and to make sure things work properly. The washer and dryer downstairs off the patio was nice and the washer and dryer were clean and worked great! There is a spare fridge in there too! If you decide you don’t want to keep your barely used beach supplies, add it to their awesome laundry room collection! We donated a boogie board. So nice for families needing to travel with less!
