This cozy semi-detached house for 4 people + dog is in a central but quiet location. The living and dining area awaits you on the ground floor. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom upstairs is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. The fenced terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a garden shed. Highlights: WiFi, consumption-dependent energy costs included Note: Bed linen & towels must be reserved in advance at Belvilla and paid for on site. Nessmersiel is a small, idyllic coastal town in East Frisia, Lower Saxony. Known as a ferry port to the island of Baltrum, the town offers a quiet sandy beach, the Wadden Sea and numerous leisure activities such as mudflat hikes and bike tours. The relaxed atmosphere, cozy restaurants and proximity to nature make Nessmersiel an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and families.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Allergy accommodation on request.
