「The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.」

「I found the hotel to have a very new looking and modern decor. The room was very comfortable. My dinner was tasty and enjoyable. The morning coffee was nice however, the cooked items were over cooked- some were burnt infact. Saddly the hash browns were burnt and inedible... a real shame. The pastrys and fruits were fine and typical for this type of hotel chain. Over all, yes I will stay again and recommend this hotel. 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
