Independent Fall River hotels

"Let me preface by saying that the staff that I dealt with during my actual weekend stay were wonderful. However, today I noticed a double charge on my bank account. I called my bank who told to contact the hotel directly. This was the most aggressive and nasty customer service I’ve ever encountered from any one at any level from any business!! A man who CSA is his Michael, referred to himself as a manager spoke to me in the rudest manner and proceeded to tell me that no one else can assist me...

"Brand new hotel. Working some of the kinks out, but overall, lovely, kind, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings, and an overall aesthetic of beachy chic worked. I loved the shuffleboard in the bar area (reco: get some more sand for the table :)). However, when you are only open for three days, the game room and pools are closed, and you are charged $40 a day for resort fees—it is a tough pill to swallow. I'm not sure if they should be charging that fee until they are fully operating...

"BJ made our check in and check out experiences a dream, she was so kind. Every employee we interacted with was so nice and willing to offer recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area and asked about our day anytime we came back to the property for the evening. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day which was just an added plus! Will definitely stay here again for future visits to...

"Amazing hotel in the perfect location. Close and walkable to restaurants and shopping. We loved the huge lobby with exquisite decor and beautiful seaside views. Food and drinks were amazing. Also, the entire staff were incredibly nice. Highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much. "
