Excellent hotel. Overlooking the Ponte Vecchio - hard to beat location. Warm attentive staff throughout. Lovely room, and touches. Access to great space to sit after checking out. Good value and great place.

It was a nice room, but there was a smell (probably from the river) and we could hear noise outside our room. Soap, shampoo, and body wash made us itchy so recommend bringing your own if you have sensitive skin. Staff was pleasant and the hotel is located centrally, which was great. Everything was super close and stepping out to the Ponte Vecchio (which is steps from the hotel) was nice.

Amazing location with an amazing view at the top to the access to all tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the bedding very comfortable. The only improvements I would suggest is breakfast was a bit crowded as you are sharing the dining area with another hotel.
