We were shocked at this hotel. Run down. NOBODY else was staying there. The room was run down and dirty. A complete rip off. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. What a waste of $300. The pool was green and there was a host of other issues. Terrible experience. We would love to get a refund! ?

Great view with a side or roaches

If you like cockroaches and ants in your room go ahead and stay here. Their were also bugs in the pool. The bar on the property was closed and so was the restaurant. I have never been hotel catfished until now.

We arrived and were told we had no reservations. Thankfully, we had paperwork with us. Could not get into our oceanfront suite that we had booked 3 months in advance, as others were staying in it ,so had a small room that looked at the wood pile. The commode stopped up all week and would seldom flush. There were no beach lounge chairs or kayaks as advertised, and the pool was not usable the first whole week we were there. Very disappointing.. Moved next door the second week to Hideaways which was wonderful.

Great Stay!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. They allowed me to check in early which was great. I had a Ocean Room view which was beautiful. The room itself was very cozy, and had an island cottage feel. Housekeeping was great and everything felt extremely clean. The location was convenient.

Old and outdated. Zero amenities. They didn’t even have clean towels for us. They said they couldn’t get into the laundry room so we didn’t have a towel to shower. Zero drinking water. Windows didn’t lock. We needed to leave at 8am and the office was locked and no one was around to check out or get us a taxi. This should not even be open. I was actually scared staying there. The van that she picked us up with was barely functioning and the doors were falling off. Worst experience of my life

I was not satisfied, when I arrived there was no one to greet us, there was no breakfast as I was told only sometimes fruit or cereal and that is not what I would consider breakfast. I would always be asking for service the room and towels or toilet paper. There was never anyone around to answer question no one 24 hours on site as I was told plus the last day of my trip no one was around we were left alone and finally I got over charged not satisfied st all

There has not been any maintenance and upkeep on this property for a very very long time. Everything is been run down and in need of a paint job. The room that they gave us without really Oceanview. One of the locks on the door did not work and was never replaced during the four days I was there despite complaints despied fact two teenager girls were staying in there. Towels and bed covers off and had inch long holes or larger in them. no hot water in the sink and in adequate cooling in the unit. The bar seemed never to be open except for one night when they had a beach party until two in the morning that kept everyone in the hotel awake. Bottom line is it did they do not really seem to care about their guest

This is a great little hotel. Beach access to Jolly Hall was easy. Veranda and bar were fun. The staff were really special. Fun, very attentive. The room was very comfortable. Temperature control was easy. Going back next year.

Hotel é bom, de forma geral. Atendentes simpaticos e prestativos. Nosso quarto não era muito bom, era proximo da rua, tinha muito barulho, e tbm não possua black-out nas janelas, as cortinas claras faziam luz entrar muito cedo, dificultando sono e descanso. Outro ponto, na reserva dizia q era com cafe da manhã, mas eles não serviam cafe incluso na diaria, foi cobrado a parte...

Wonderful Views, Great Value & Friendly Staff

This hotel and staff are WONDERFUL! We booked very last minute and got a decent rate compared to other resorts in the area. Frankie, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure our first stay and visit to the Bahamas was memorable. She gave us great advice on getting around, where to eat and events going on. Lattitude is the restaurant on site and the meals were delicious and reasonably priced. There was something on the menu for everyone and if you didn't see what you wanted, they were willing to make every effort to accomodate your request. We had come in from a sailboat after 14 days and had a "boat load" of laundry which they offered to do for a small fee. The waterfront location offers incredible views of the harbor and a beautiful sandy white beach and a dingy dock for sailors to come in and enjoy a cocktail, swim and good time. The resort is about 12 blocks to downtown Georgetown and only 20 minutes from the airport. When we could not get a cab, staff drove us downtown. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, though the mattress is on a wood frame which was a bit squeaky. All in all, this was a great value, great experience and we would absolutely go back and stay - in fact, I'm already planning a "sisters" retreat for this Fall. Thank you Hotels.com and Exuma Beach Resort for a wonderful 3 day excursion.
